Privacy Statement
FRIEND-LEASE collects the information needed to run an account, keep the house adults-only and safe, and power the features a member chooses to use.
Age verification: the result of the 18+ check — pass or fail — and when it was recorded. The check itself runs through Didit, a third-party verifier, on Didit's own pages. FRIEND-LEASE never receives or stores your ID document, your birthdate, or any personal detail from the document.
What we never do: we never sell raw data, and we never sell or hand over email lists. Your private notes, the contents of your direct messages, and your never-share list are never read into learned signals. The full Privacy Statement loads in the app on this page.
